This beautiful human reached out to me recently to book a session to creatively explore and express her struggles with mental illness and a history of SA. We collaborated to find ways to visually express the feelings she carries. I’m so thankful for her trust in me through the process, and I’m so in love with the art we created! In lieu of my own words around these images, I’m going to simply let them speak for themselves.

To those struggling, know that you are not alone. What you live with is not shameful. Please don’t be afraid to reach out to someone when you need help. You are worthy of all the love and acceptance in the world.
